Q: Can you provide ultrasonic transducer or generator if any failure?
A: Yes,ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic generator are designed and manufactured by ourselves.
We can send the right parts quickly for replacement.
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: We guarantee quality of the products for a period of 1 year.
If any quality problem within warranty,we will provide free spare parts or repairing service.

Q: Does the size matter?
A: Yes. Make sure that you are looking at the tank dimensions and not just the outside dimension.
Q: Why the cleaners have different ultrasonic power?
A: No worry. The larger tank needs more power to make the cleaning effectively. Skymen have make it perfectly fit. Compare the watt to gallon ratio." We only sell equipment that has more than enough power!
Q: What is ultrasonic frequency and how could I choose?
A: 40kHz fits most items.
Frequency is suggested based on pollutants in the objects:
--28kHz frequency is stronger, better for car/motor/truck/vessel parts clean (remove oils, grease, pastes, etc. )
--40kHz is better for high frequency and higher precision objects clean(PCB boards, electronic parts, etc.).
Q: How about the durability?
A: Skymen cleaners made of stainless steel SUS304/316L could work very long time up to 7-10 years.
Q: Why is a special solution required for cleaning?
A: Oil or other dirty adhere to the parts, if no special solution, the oil would just fall off the parts! The purpose of the solution is to break the bonds between parts and their oil. Water alone has no cleaning properties.
Q: If I need to repair the machine after 1 year warranty?
A: Being able to repair your machine to get back up and going is important. Not only does Skymen make sure that every component has an easy access panel, but we are always available to help.
Q: How to avoid damaging the work piece during cleaning?
A: 1) To use correct ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic power.
